Koberts, Deputy Surgeon-General, now returning from Suakim, succeeds Dr. Bidie as Sanitary Commissioner. Crombie, Surgeon-Major A., Civil Surgeon of Dacca, has been appointed to succeed Dr. Cleghorn as Superintendent of the General Hospital, Calcutta. O'Brien, Surgeon-Major J., Civil Surgeon of Burdwan, to act as Professor of Surgical and Descriptive Anatomy, Medical College, Calcutta, during the absence, on furlough, of SurgeonMajor D. O'C. Raye.
